The STMM Career Day serves as a vital bridge between academia and industry. It offers PhD- and Master’s students as well as Post Docs and other early career researchers a platform to explore diverse career paths in industry and beyond. Through expert talks and workshops, participants gain insights into the life sciences sector. Interactive networking sessions allow for direct contact with potential future employers. The event empowers young scientists to successfully navigate their professional transition.
