The Neurosurgical Atlas
The Neurosurgical Atlas is a comprehensive, interactive multimedia collection that introduces new and efficient techniques for brain surgery.
The atlas contains more than 500 exclusive chapters and 230 lectures. It offers detailed anatomical illustrations in 3D models, over 1700 interactive neuroantomic images, step-by-step instructions and approximately 1000 videos on various neurosurgical procedures.

Acland's Video Atlas of Human Anatomy
The licensed Acland's Video Atlas of Human Anatomy offers anatomical 3D videos (incl. movement sequences) with introductions, explanations and captions. The preparations are as realistic as possible, see also About > How the atlas was made. After free registration, test questions can be answered. The atlas is suitable for preclinic as well as for repetition.

Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE)
The partially licensed Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) "includes novel techniques, innovative applications of existing techniques, and gold standard protocols in the physical and life sciences".
From 13 available subject areas, Bioengineering, Biology, Immunology and Infection, Medicine and Neuroscience are currently licensed.
You can find an overview of subjects under "Research".
In addition to the licensed content, some videos are freely available in all subject areas. All subject areas up to and including 2018 are accessible in PubMed Central.
You can access them via the Online catalogue or jove.com, or via the "Check fulltext Medma" button from PubMed.

Webop - all about surgical operations
The licensed e-learning platform for general, visceral and transplant surgery webop: all about surgical operations offers video sequences of more than 100 surgical procedures - combined with text and image material. Target groups are "healthcare professionals, medical students, young residents and those facing board certification to update and broaden their surgical knowledge ".
The modules General and Visceral Surgery and Thoracic Surgery are available for members of the medical faculties of Heidelberg University.

Functional Neuroanatomy (University of British Columbia)
Functional Neuroanatomy is a platform of the University of British Columbia with "open educational resources for neuroscience and anatomy for the global community, including video, e-books and interactive web materials".
In addition to an introduction to neuroanatomy, videos, interactive modules, atlases, diagrams, 3D reconstructions, MRIs and cross sections are available. The neuroanatomy teaching programme of the UBC and another portal on clinical anatomy complete the offer.
Armando Hasudungan - Biology and Medicine Videos
The freely accessible portal Armando Hasudungan Biology and Medicine Videos is a personal initiative of the physician Armando Hasudungan, who creates very comprehensible educational videos, descriptions and posters for various medical specialities/diseases.
In the videos, he draws organ systems and functional or disease relationships as he explains them.
The "Notes" section contains detailed disease descriptions and "Clinical Presentations".
To complement the videos, he offers drawn PDF posters (for purchase).
