ERASMUS opportunities

The EU-funded ERASMUS programme has multiple opportunities for supporting students. There are three options which can be taken in connection with the MSc TMR Programme:

  1. Participating in the whole MSc TMR Programme and gaining the TMR degree via the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s (EMJM) “International Master in Innovative Medicine”.
  2. Doing an ERASMUS placement internship abroad while being in the TMR Programme or just after graduating from it.
  3. Joining all or some courses of the TMR Program as an ERASMUS Incoming student from a university and program with which there is an agreement for ERASMUS exchange students.
    • Benefits can include a stipend to support your living costs.
    • Credits from TMR courses are acknowledged for the degree requirements of the sending institution according to an individual learning agreement.
    • Eligible students must meet all following requirements:
      • Enrolled in the MSc Biotechnologies at University of Naples Federico II (Italy)
      • Qualifications at same level as locally selected TMR students (to be verified before being nominated by the MSc Biotechnologies, please see below)
      • Nominated by MSc Biotechnologies, and accepted by MSc TMR
    • Facts and numbers:
      1. 1x in 2018, 2x in 2024 (all courses), 2x in 2025 (selected courses)
